Return & Refund

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The products you received do not match the order
  • The products you received are damaged

A return request can only be made within 48 hours of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund in 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Note: Your return request will not be processed after 48 hours of the delivery.

Return Process

    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
    • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
    • Please ensure that the product(s) is securely packaged (before handing it for return), to prevent damage during transit.       

    Order Cancellation 

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team or simply click on the cancel option available on our website. However, please note that once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may proceed with the return process as outlined in the Returns section.
